Aara - Mieltyä Advent Calendar Colors

Mieltyä is Aara’s yarn club which brings light and joy with surprise yarn skeins into the darkest season of the year. Both Jonna and Laura are avid book-lovers, and for this holiday season their favorite book genres have inspired the yarn club's color sets. 

This year we made four different Advent Calendar color themes. Laura created a set inspired by cozy crime books and another from feel-good books. Jonna was inspired by literature classics and from stories from the Finnish archipelago. The sets were called Cozy crime, Feel good, Saaristo (archipelago) and Klassikko (classic). 

Now we want to give you a change to order all the advent calendar colors individually in a limited period of time. The skeins are 100g Mieli, Tuuma or Lauha yarn bases.  

You can order Advent Calendar colors until Tuesday 6.1.2026.

All Advent Calendar Color skeins are dyed to order and will be delivered by the end of January 2026.

Mieli: 75% Superwash Merino wool, 25% nylon, 425 meters/100 g

Tuuma: 80% Superwash Merino wool, 20% nylon, 300 meters/100 g

Lauha:90% Superwash Merino wool, 10% linen, 366 meters/100 g
