Shipping / Returns

Shipping

Most orders will ship out within 1 - 3 business days.  We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible! If something unexpected happens with our timeline, we will contact you ASAP.

Shipping rates & delivery times:

    FINLAND

    **Orders over 70€ in Finland qualify for free shipping as Matkahuolto Lähellä-parcel!**

    • Pick up at ILO in Turku, Finland - Free
      **Pick up orders will be ready in about 2 hours (hopefully sooner). We will email when your order is ready for collection.
    • Matkahuolto Lähellä-paketti (1-3 business days) - 5.00€
      shipment will be sent as a package to the nearest Matkahuolto pick up point to the delivery address.
    • Postipaketti (1-3 business days) - 6.50€ 
      shipment will be sent as a package to the nearest Posti pick up point to the delivery address.
    • Matkahuolto Kotijakelu (1-3 business days) - 9.90€ 
      shipment will be delivered to the delivery address.
    • GLS Kotijakelu (1-3 business days) - 10.90€ 
      shipment will be delivered to the delivery address.
    • Posti Kotipaketti (1-3 business days) - 11.90€ 
      shipment will be delivered to the delivery address.


    EUROPE 1 (Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden)

    • Postal Parcel Shipping (3-6 business days)  -  €10.00
    • GLS (1-7 business days) - €18.90
    • DHL Express (1-3 business days)  -  €49.90
      **A parcel to a metropolitan area within the EU is normally delivered the next working day.

    EUROPE 2 (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, France,Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland)

    • GLS (1-7 business days) - €18.90
    • DHL Express (1-3 business days)  -  €49.90

    EUROPE 3 (the rest of Europe excluding United Kingdom)

    • DHL Express (1-3 business days)  -  €69.90
      **A parcel to a metropolitan area within the EU is normally delivered the next working day.

    UNITED KINGDOM

    Due to BREXIT, there have been changes in the taxation between the EU and the UK. As an EU-based business currently without VAT registration number in the UK, we are obligated to set our minimum purchase amount for £135 approximately €160.

    • GLS (1-7 business days) - €29.90
    • DHL Express (1-3 business days)  -  €69.90

    REST OF WORLD

    • DHL Express (1-5 business days) - 69.90€

    Cancellation / Returns

    Notify us ASAP at hello@iloyarn.fi if you wish to cancel your order. All orders can be cancelled prior to fulfillment & shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will need to follow the instructions for returns. 

    To return any items from your order, notify us within 14 days of your received delivery at hello@iloyarn.fi. Returned items must be in original condition, able to be re-sold. We will provide instructions for returns via email.

    You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we cannot be held responsible for any shipments that do not make back to us! 

    As soon as we receive & inspect the returned items, we will refund the price of your order via the original method of payment.
