Aara - Mieltyä Advent Calendar

Mieltyä is Aara’s yarn club which brings light and joy with surprise yarn skeins into the darkest season of the year. 

Mieltyä brings together colors which have been inspired by Anu Pensola's colorful and heartwarming paintings. We chose four different paintings which right now inspire us with presence, trust, closeness, joy and looking forwards in life. This years' wintery yarn club is built around these themes. 

Mieltyä yarn clubs each set has five skeins of yarn, each in a brand new color. You can choose the yarn base for your set from either Aara Soma, Into, Mieli or Lauha. All the yarns in the set come in the same base. We will also slip an A4-sized print of Anu's painting which has been the source of inspiration.

This year you can choose from four different color themes. The sets are called Akrobatiaharjoituksia villakettujen tapaan, Sohvanmutkan syvät ajatukset, Pakkastaivaita ja kaikenmahdollistavia unelmia and Supernaisten teekutsut. 

Mieltyä yarn club offers you a moment that will delight and inspire. It offers the opportunity to breathe in and out in the rhythm of the year end. Mieltyä yarn club is a great way to settle in for the winter festivities.

Mieltyä Advent Calendar includes five skeins of Aara Soma (50 g), Into (100g) , Mieli (100g) or Lauha (100g) yarn wrapped in five parcels. There will be a special surprise for Christmas Eve included too. Calendars will be shipped in November so if you order other product and want them to be delivered earlier, please replace a separate order for them.

Soma: 74% Superwash Merino wool, 26% silk, 300 meters/50 g

Into:75% Superwash wool, 25% nylon, 420 meters/100 g

Mieli:75% Superwash Merino wool, 25% nylon, 425 meters/100 g

Lauha:90% Superwash Merino wool, 10% linen, 366 meters/100 g
